Safe operations in all Promat Coating activities is a core value. If operational results and safety ever come into conflict, Promat Coating have a responsibility to choose safety over operational results and Promat Coating Company Limited will support that choice. PROMAT TARGET 365

Safe and reliable operations in all our activities is one of our company commitments. We implement processes that prevent incidents and injuries at work, and strive to continuously improve the process safety of our operations.

Promat Coatings operating strategy is to Target– a Perfect Day Every Day’, which focuses on everyone coming to work each day with the aim of having a “Perfect Day”, that is, a day free of recordable injuries and material incidents.

Perfect Days are tracked via internal reports and communicated to staff via the Company’s intranet system on a Perfect Day dashboard.

Fundamental to the Target 365 success since inception is:

  • Developed in-house, ensuring employee and management engagement;
  • Transparency - all information relating to Target 365, incidents and performance is readily available to everyone on the Company intranet;
  • Business planning always includes Target 365 considerations;
  • A reward and recognition program which defines stretch performance hurdles and rewards outstanding performance.
  • In house training, coaching and leadership program aimed at empowering everyone to act in a way that encourages high HSE standards.
