Promat Coating Company Ltd. invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the following positions:

Position 1: Project Manager

We seek a highly skilled and Experienced Cryogenic Insulation Project Manager with Proven track record in managing Cryogenic insulation projects on LNG plants, an experienced candidate with a deep understanding of project management methodologies specific to the oil & gas industry.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing, leading, and co-ordinate execution of all insulation projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Requirements

Specific experience and expertise in the following areas is required: Previous experience in a similar role(s) (Cryogenic Insulation) on large-scale project(s) with a history of safety leadership, Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience with 5 working on multi-billion oil and gas projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Membership of NSE and COREN certified is mandatory
  • 10 years of progressive project management experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically LNG projects
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management
  • Familiarity with industry-specific health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is a mus
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.

Position 2: PIR/Foam Glass CNC Machine Specialist

The Machine Specialist will be responsible for the operations of the CNC Machine,maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of the CNC machinery in the Fabrication Workshop, working with a team of Fabricators and technicians to ensure that the machines are operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

CNC Programming, Data Entering, PIR/Foam Glass Blocks Fabrication, using different types of Pass Profiles, and ensure compliance with HSE, PPE Standards and Procedures and aim at Zero Accidents.

  • Execute the maintenance and inspections of The CNC Machines in compliance with the agreed maintenance concept (work-flow control).
  • Provide support to resolve Machines breakdowns within the shortest time.
  • Ensure faulty components are repaired and made available for reuse.
  • Assist in organizing maintenance stoppages, maintenance overhauls and other maintenance activities
  • Keep the machines, tools, workshop in good condition.
  • Identify maintenance components (consumable spare parts) to keep in stock, with focus around the dedicated work area (Machine) ensure compliance with HSE, PPE Standards and Procedures and aim at Zero Accidents
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management.

Requirements

  • First Degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, related discipline or NABTEB.
  • At least 5 years post-NYSC practical, job-relevant experience in a well-structured manufacturing company, with specific expertise in using CNC Machines for PIR/FOAM glass cutting.
  • Proficient in the use of machinery maintenance and repair tools and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
